Job Title: Client Support Engineer (Tier 1 – Entry-level IT Support/Help Desk role)

Job Requirements: Applicant must have at least set up a home personal computers, must work well in teams, have experience in customer services, work flexible hours, be willing to travel (up to 30 weeks per year), and have interest in learning the following:

  • Data networking
  • Software application installation and support
  • Hardware maintenance
  • Hardware installation and support
  • Excellent people/phone skills
  • Adequate written and verbal communication

Critical to your success is whether or not you have the ability to care for the customer and not just cure the problem.  Our approach makes it all about the customer as a person, not just fixing technical issues.  You would work with a team of great people in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment to resolve problems, manage small projects, and serve some up-and-comers in the Banking industry in the Southeast.  This is an opportunity to get a foot in the door of the IT world.  The role serves to provide much needed experience as well as an avenue to grow within the company.
